Ad World Mad World!!!

Kudos to admen/women who come with unimaginable ideas out of the blue every now and then. In a minute or two, the entire message is conveyed and conveyed with perfection. In a fraction of a second, the smile on each and every face acts as the receipt of acknowledgment to an astonishingly curious mind who sees the world through his/her own eyes.

Obviously there are many many beautiful (Fevicol, Cadbury, Arial, Surf are some of the favorites) ads and the list is endless if one decides to rank them. However, I had not seen these two amazing ads before so thought of sharing these with the audience. I jumped screaming out of my seat and recommend you to hold your seats tight while watching these:

Certainly Ad World is a Mad World, any doubts?

Great ads. Funny, but also ironical. Specially the second ad.
But surely should appreciate the brains behind these commercials. Couldn't stop laughing aloud and fell prey to the curious eyes of labmates !!!

Well said, these ads are amazing and it require a lot of creativity to make a impact in 60 to 90 seconds. I would say Fevicol ads has won the race as impact is too high, even we use fevicol word (mostly in central part and northern part of India) to define people who are too chipku (difficult to get rid of them) like "yah to fevicol hai yaar". People usually ask for fevicol in the shop insetad of adhesive, so instead of brand it became a name of thing used for adhesion in furnitures.

Hari,
Stunning!!! Stunning that you feel this effect even when you have Amit and a wall next to you. Need long and strong imagination :p and you certainly have it. Keep Dreaming!!! Dreams are tax free.

Noorie,
Yeah, Irony is a part of Life but when you look at it with more curiosity it can certainly be fun, lots of fun. Adfolks miraculously do that. Seem to have a wide angle view of things. Kudos!!!

Amit,
Nice comment! Some brands really transcend themselves and become more than part of our lives. Advertising indeed has a huge role to play in converting a product to a huge brand. But, at the core, the product has to be equally good.

may be you will make us learn how do strategize for these tasks after your "Innovation Management and Strategies" course. Good Luck!!!
